THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE / THE WHO Battle Of The Who & Jimi Hendrix (Complete 1971 Japanese Polydor 'Rock & Rock Battle Series' exclusive 25-track 2-LP box set manufactured by Nippon Grammophon, featuring one LP of Hendrix material &the other of The Who. Comes housed in a unique circular metal tin complete with voucher clipped six-page booklet, a foam liner, a never-before-seen correction sheet from Nippon Grammophon & last but not least, the rare as hen's teeth shaped obitag with the series logo in circular red & white. The tin packaging remains nice & clean & in Excellent condition with some natural tarnishing to the inside lid, the obi tag is Near Mint & the foam lining has survived all this time unscathed. The vinyl is in superb Excellent condition with very minor evidence of play only. Only the second complete copy we have seen! MP9365/6)
