PRO CANTIONE ANTIQUA, LONDON directed by IAN PARTRIDGE
The Triumphs Of Oriana (1977 German 25-track LP featuring
Madrigals published in 1601 in honour of Queen Elizabeth.
There were actually meant to be twenty six, but two arrived
late and onewas published un-numbered before the rest and
the other had to appear in a later publication, hence the
twenty five as published & represented here. The picture
sleeve contains and eight page full size integral booklet with
text in English, German & French. The sleeve shows minimal
shelfwear & the vinyl remains near 'as new' with little sign of
play)
