DARKTHRONE Under A Funeral Moon - VG (1993 UK 8-Track vinyl LP, third studio album from Norwegian black metal pioneers Darkthrone. Widely regarded as one of the essential releases of the second wave of black metal, Under A Funeral Moon furtherrefined the band’s deliberately raw production, tremolo-picked riffing and grim, frostbitten atmosphere, cementing their status as one of the genre’s most influential acts.
Housed in a gatefold picture sleeve complete with lyric inner. Thesleeve shows moderate edgewear and some creasing from storage. The inner displays light foxing and minor creasing but has no splits or tears. The vinyl reveals a number of light hairlines and surface scuffs, none of which affect playback.
Overall graded Very Good, this remains a highly respectable copy of a true Norwegian black metal classic and the first copy of this pressing we have ever seen here! VILELP35)
