GARY MOORE & PHIL LYNOTT Out In The Fields (Super rare pair of 1985 UK UNCUT test pressings for the interlocking one sided shaped 7" picture disc single. The Gary Moore section features the title songs whilst the Phil part plays Military Man. Both discs of this superb rarity have not been cut to the finished shape but remains as a 12" disc with a clear surrounding around the central image. Uncut picture discs are generally used as 'test pressings', a few are always made to check the image alignment & print quality before the final run is cut to the desired shape. These rarely appear for sales, and we're pleased to offer this one!)

Uncut picture discs are generally used as 'test pressings', a few are always made to check the image alignment and print quality before the final run is cut to the desired shape and remains as a 12" disc with clear vinyl surrounding the central image.
Sometimes the image is different of has an error, as it is purely produced as a test, this copy has the tip of the point missing but this happend at the time of pressing.
Condition
Early 1980s picture discs are known for having an issue with tea staining, where they had been overheated in the pressing process, this example has some discoloration to each discm which has no effect on play. The discs remain Excellent, with just a few light surface marks but still sounds really good.
